Britney Spears has been hit with another blow as her ex-husband Kevin Federline reportedly plans a big move with their two sons to Hawaii.
Kevin, 45, has sole custody of Sean Preston, 17, and Jayden, 16, and would like to move from Los Angeles with his children and wife Victoria Prince.
It comes as Britney’s marriage to Sam Ashgari is said to be in ‘deep trouble’ with the couple having ‘screaming matches’.
And now Britney could face more heartbreak if her two boys move hundreds of miles to Hawaii in July.
Reportedly, Kevin asked his attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan to send a letter to Britney’s attorney, Mathew Rosengart, asking if she would be happy to have her sons permanently based in Hawaii.
TMZ says Kevin’s attorneys expect to hear back within a week. If she refuses, he will go to a judge and ask for clearances – but sources don’t think it will go that far.
An insider told the publication that the reason for the move was that Victoria had a job offer, Kevin is able to find work as a DJ, while the boys have a more private life away from the bustling Los scene. Angeles.
They added that Jayden could take classes remotely, while Sean would have graduated by then.

Britney has previously shared her grief over having a strained relationship with her beloved sons.
Last year the singer admitted that a “part of her died” as she had not seen her sons in six months and they had not attended her wedding to Sam.
Kevin, meanwhile, said the “boys have decided they’re not seeing her right now”, noting that it’s been a tough few months for them since a judge decided to end his 13-year-old of guardianship.
It’s a difficult time for Britney, whose marriage is said to be on the verge of failure.
Britney and Sam29, married last June in a lavish ceremony, but TMZ Now claims Britney got “physical” with Sam as marital tensions boiled over.
They also report that they have had frequent “screaming matches”, with security sometimes having to intervene.
Ahead of the publication’s documentary on Britney, premiering Monday, May 15, they further claim that Sam rarely stays together at home.
Reps for Sam and Britney have been contacted for further comment.
It comes after Britney posted an oblique comment about relationships on her Instagram last week.
The pop superstar reposted a text saying, “In every relationship, there’s the one person who instantly falls asleep and the other one who lies awake wondering how that’s even possible.”
The post was credited to the Thoughts From Aisle 4 blog, written by Marlene Kern Fischer.
It wasn’t clear from Britney’s comment why exactly she chose the job, or if it was meant to refer to her marital status with husband Sam.
Last month, the couple were rumored to be overcoming marital woes when they were each photographed without their wedding rings.
An insider told DailyMail.com that despite the reports, everything was fine between the couple.
“Everything is fine,” the source shared, adding, “Sam is working on a project and she’s on vacation with (manager) Cade (Hudson).”
On Friday, Asghari shared a clip of him hiking with Britney, smiling next to the blonde star as they posed in front of gorgeous ocean views.
“Hiking with my wife,” Asghari wrote, giving his three million followers a glimpse of him and his wife.
The Toxic singer looked busty in a low-cut pink tank top while her budding action star sported a blue Versace sports shirt.
Sam flashed her dazzling smile at the camera as Britney playfully stuck her tongue out.
Prior to her marriage to the fitness guru-turned-actor, Spears was married to auxiliary dancer Kevin Federline from 2004 to 2007.
And before her infamous three-year marriage to “K-Fed,” she had a whirlwind fling in Vegas with childhood friend Jason Alexander in 2004, which was later called off.
Britney said ‘I do’ to her partner of five years, Sam, at her Thousand Oaks home last June and stunned in a Versace dress.
The wedding ceremony – which was the singer’s third – was not attended by her estranged family members, father Jamie Spears, mother Lynne Spears and sister Jamie Lynn Spears.
Her sons Sean Preston, 16, and Jayden James, 15, whom she shares with second ex-husband Kevin Federline, 44, are also missing.
According to a wedding insider, the bride was reduced to tears of joy at several points during the ceremony, with People reporting that she “walked down the aisle” in the absence of her father and two sons.
‘Britney walked down the aisle. She looked absolutely stunning in her main dress,” the source said. “She cried tears of joy at times.”
“It was the happiest night for Britney. She wanted a fairytale wedding and she got it. Britney was gorgeous.
